I believe you are confusing the name of the hill itself with the name of the development. The lots she offers are on the hill called Cerro del Vigía, but they have nothing to do with the development of the same name located along the ridge the hill. She didn't want me to even use the name on her webpage for the properties, but I thought "what the hey! let's steal clients from the development via the search engines". Webmasters tend to have weird thoughts like that. I know, I'm bad. >;~)
