Can anyone tell me about this little town? Is it difficult to get to? is it worth a trip? Is it something that can be done in a day trip?

The only thing that disappointed my husband and I about a trip to X/Z over other parts of mexico is not being about to see historical ruins. Could we satisfy a little bit of this desire by going to La Soledad de Maciel?
